How to Make MEAT & CHEESE PASTRY SHELLS
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Put pastry shells on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes, til golden and puffed up. Use a fork and remove top dough from shell; set aside. This will make the 'hat' on your shell after filling.
- Chop meat & combine with cheese to fill up each shell. Top with the dough you removed earlier. Return to oven for another 5 minutes.
- Let stand 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
