Ingredients

  • BRUSSELS SPROUTS, CARROTS, ASPARAGUS, OR BROCCOLI
  • 1 pound veggie of choice
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 package italian seasoning

How To Make marinated veggies

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Marinate at least an hour, overnight is fine.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
