  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • VEGETABLES
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 bottle bottled cherry peppers
  • 1/2 bottle bottled yellow pepper rings
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 bunch dinner onions or one medium red or white onion
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 cup chinese pea pods
  • 1 cup olives, pitted (green or black) optional

How To Make marinated salad featuring dinner onions

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, sugar, and pepper. Can use an immersion blender, if you are to lazy to whisk. taste, adjust seasonings, if needed
  • Step 2
