How To Make marinated mushrooms
-
Step 1Add all ingredients except the mushrooms to a medium size pot. Heat to boiling, cover, simmer 10 minutes.
-
Step 2Add clean fresh mushrooms, simmer, uncovered 3 minutes.
-
Step 3Transfer mushrooms and liquid to a bowl, cover and chill for 1 hour or overnight. You can drain and serve or I like to let my mushrooms soak in the liquid.
-
Step 4Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
