Marinaded Tomatoes & Iceburg Lettuce
Tangy & Refreshing!
1/2head iceburg lettuce, torn
10red grape tomatoes
10yellow sunburst grape tomatoes
1/4 smallred onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cbalsalmic vinegar
1/4 cextra virgin olive oil
1/4 tspeach, salt and pepper
1 tspdried thyme leaves
1 clovegarlic, minced
How to Make Marinaded Tomatoes & Iceburg Lettuce
- Halve the tomatoes & thinly slice all of the red onion.
* Tear the lettuce just before serving to avoid wilting.
- Combine all ingredients for the marinade and ppour into plastic baggie add onion & tomatoes and let marinade for an hour or two.
- Pour marinade over a large bed of iceberg lettuce & serve family style.
