This is my version of a popular summer salad. Very simple, and simply delicious. :)

Ingredients

2 large
cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced (halved if you prefer)
1 large
sweet white or red onion, halved and thinly sliced then lightly chopped
2 medium
garden fresh tomatoes, diced
1 bottle
italian dressing (i prefer wishbone) if you prefer use light or zesty italian

How to Make Mamahiti's Simple Cucumber Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1combine cucumbers onions and tomatoes in a large bowl or pan, preferably glass. Pour italian dressing over mixture, gently turning it with 2 spoons until everything is coated with dressing.
  • 2Allow to sit in fridge for up to half an hour for flavors to blend. Serve with your favorite grilled meat. We like it with grilled cheeseburgers. :) Enjoy!!
