mamahiti's simple cucumber salad
This is my version of a popular summer salad. Very simple, and simply delicious. :)

Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced (halved if you prefer)
- 1 large sweet white or red onion, halved and thinly sliced then lightly chopped
- 2 medium garden fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1 bottle italian dressing (i prefer wishbone) if you prefer use light or zesty italian
How To Make mamahiti's simple cucumber salad

Step 1combine cucumbers onions and tomatoes in a large bowl or pan, preferably glass. Pour italian dressing over mixture, gently turning it with 2 spoons until everything is coated with dressing.

Step 2Allow to sit in fridge for up to half an hour for flavors to blend. Serve with your favorite grilled meat. We like it with grilled cheeseburgers. :) Enjoy!!
