light and yummy pasta salad
Add the dressing as desired o the pasta. Use as much or little as you want. If you want to double this recipe, use two packages of pasta and use as much extra vegetables as suites your taste. I find that a double recipe usually doesn't need two bottles of dressing. I've made this for BBQs, potluck lunches, family gatherings and sports banquets, and I've never had leftovers.

Ingredients
- 1 package rotini pasta
- 1 - yellow bell pepper
- 1 - cucumber
- 1 - small jar black olives
- 1 - onion (optional)
- 1 bottle light italian dressing
- 1 package small cherry tomatoes
How To Make light and yummy pasta salad

Step 1Boil pasta approximately 10 minutes

Step 2As pasta is boiling, chop cucumber, bell pepper and onion

Step 3Once pasta is tender, drain and rinse with cool water

Step 4In a large pasta bowl, combine all produce and pasta

Step 5Slowly add Italian dressing to pasta, tossing pasta as you add the dressing

Step 6If making pasta the night before, reserve approximately one quarter of the dressing and add it to the pasta just before serving

Step 7This should be stored in a covered container in the the refrigerator
