this is a nice way to serve broccoli that you might not have tried.
How to Make Lemony Broccoli
- Cut the broccoli into florets. Add to boiling salted water for 4 or 5 minutes, till just done and still bright green. (You could add a pinch of sugar to the water if you wanted to.)
- Drain into colander and return to pan; add melted butter to pan and slish around till broc is coated.
- On each serving: squeeze with fresh lemon, sprinkle with parmesan, and serve with a spoonful of mayo on the side.
