Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons real butter.
  • 8 - stalks of celery,chopped.
  • 12 - green onions chopped
  • 6 cups wild rice, cooked
  • 4 tablespoons greated lemon rind.
  • - salt and pepper,to taste

How To Make lemon rice pilaf.

  • Step 1
    Add butter to a large cast iron skillet. Add celery and onions over med,heat. Saute untill tender. Stir in rice,lemon rind,and salt & pepper.Cook and stir over low heat untill heated through.. Serve with Oriental Shrimp.
