- 12 - green onions chopped

How To Make lemon rice pilaf.

Step 1Add butter to a large cast iron skillet. Add celery and onions over med,heat. Saute untill tender. Stir in rice,lemon rind,and salt & pepper.Cook and stir over low heat untill heated through.. Serve with Oriental Shrimp.
