How to Make Lemon Rice Pilaf.
- Add butter to a large cast iron skillet. Add celery and onions over med,heat. Saute untill tender. Stir in rice,lemon rind,and salt & pepper.Cook and stir over low heat untill heated through.. Serve with Oriental Shrimp.
