6 Tbspreal butter.
8stalks of celery,chopped.
12green onions chopped
6 cwild rice, cooked
4 Tbspgreated lemon rind.
salt and pepper,to taste
How To Make lemon rice pilaf.
1Add butter to a large cast iron skillet. Add celery and onions over med,heat. Saute untill tender. Stir in rice,lemon rind,and salt & pepper.Cook and stir over low heat untill heated through.. Serve with Oriental Shrimp.
