  • 6 Tbsp
    real butter.
  • 8
    stalks of celery,chopped.
  • 12
    green onions chopped
  • 6 c
    wild rice, cooked
  • 4 Tbsp
    greated lemon rind.
  • ·
    salt and pepper,to taste

How to Make Lemon Rice Pilaf.

Step-by-Step

  1. Add butter to a large cast iron skillet. Add celery and onions over med,heat. Saute untill tender. Stir in rice,lemon rind,and salt & pepper.Cook and stir over low heat untill heated through.. Serve with Oriental Shrimp.
