Made a gallon of these last week, had to make 2 more gallons this evening! Test run turned out so good I guess it's a perminent pickle in our house now!

Ingredients
- 5 medium cucumbers
- 6 cups water
- 2 cups white distilled vinegar
- 4 tablespoons kosher salt
- 30 cloves garlic, peeled whole
- 1 medium onion diced large
- 1/2 cup dill seed
How To Make kosher fridge pickles

Step 1Cut ends off cucumbers Cut in half quarter each half peel skins off garlic cloves

Step 2stuff in gallon jar, sprinkle with dill seed. heat water, vinegar and salt just till salt dissolves

Step 3Pour mixture over pickles into jar, cover and fridgerate for 5 days
