Made a gallon of these last week, had to make 2 more gallons this evening!
Test run turned out so good I guess it's a perminent pickle in our house now!

Ingredients

5 medium
cucumbers
6 c
water
2 c
white distilled vinegar
4 Tbsp
kosher salt
30 clove
garlic, peeled whole
1 medium
onion diced large
1/2 c
dill seed

How to Make Kosher fridge Pickles

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut ends off cucumbers
    Cut in half
    quarter each half
    peel skins off garlic cloves
  • 2stuff in gallon jar, sprinkle with dill seed.
    heat water, vinegar and salt just till salt dissolves
  • 3Pour mixture over pickles into jar, cover and fridgerate for 5 days
