Creamed Peas Deluxe

Pat Duran

These were made at the spur of the moment- today and they tasted great. This recipe will taste good over toast or biscuits with a little ham chopped up into it or just the peas. Either way grate a couple of hard boiled eggs over top. Makes a great presentation.
