- 2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 small sweet pickles , chopped
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper

How To Make kidney bean salad

Step 1Drain beans thoroughly; combine with celery, onion, walnuts, and pickles. Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; pour over bean mixture, toss. Serve on lettuce if you wish. Makes 6-8 servings.
