Add to Grocery List

desired amount of kale
olive oil , use judgement
garlic powder to taste
sea salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste (optional)

How to Make Kale Chips


  • 1Wash, clean and remove stems. Tear into bite size pieces and drain well.
  • 2Place kale on large baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder and cayennne pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • 3Bake at 400 for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until desired crispness. Note: it will look chared but will not taste burnt and will taste delicious!
