kabanzo - kale and garbanzo beans
I found this recipe in a stack of handwritten notes I had with me when we traveled. No idea where it came from. All I wrote down was the list of ingredients. When I put them together it was so good, definately a keeper, especially with our fresh kale from the garden. I have also seen chopped fresh kale in the produce section of the grocery stores.

Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 3/4 cup vegetable /chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paparika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 bunch fresh kale, chopped
- 1 cup garbanzo beans
How To Make kabanzo - kale and garbanzo beans

Step 1Saute onion in olive oil

Step 2Mix in garbanzo beans, broth and cooked rice. Add cumin, paprika and salt.
