This is a receipe that I just love and could eat it all the time. I normally use frozen peas, but when peas are in season I love to use the fresh ones.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cubed sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 2 1/2 cups frozen(thawed) or fresh peas
- - cooked crispy bacon
- - lettuce leaves

Step 1Combine all the ingredients. Chill until serving time. Serve mounded on lettuce leaves.

Step 2These proportions are never enough for my family and I love to have it as leftovers, so you can always tweek the recipe to make more. The longer it sits in the fridge, the better it tastes!!
