This is a receipe that I just love and could eat it all the time. I normally use frozen peas, but when peas are in season I love to use the fresh ones.

Ingredients For jen's pea & cheese salad

    cubed sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    chopped sweet pickles, drained
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/3 c
  • 2 1/2 c
    frozen(thawed) or fresh peas
  • cooked crispy bacon
  • lettuce leaves

How To Make jen's pea & cheese salad

    Combine all the ingredients. Chill until serving time. Serve mounded on lettuce leaves.
