I love Jalapenos - but being on low car diet I had to try to make my own without the breading! If you prefer breading, Flaxseed Meal works great!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 medium
    jalapeno peppers (cleaned/sliced lengthwise/removed seeds)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 6-8 slice
    slices of bacon (i prefer pre-cooked bacon)

How to Make JALAPENO “POPPERS” (LOW CARB)

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat Oven 375 Degrees
  2. Combined all ingredients.
  3. Fill Jalapenos with the mixture
  4. Wrap a slice or half slice of bacon around each
  5. Bake 18-22 minutes or until cheese is bubbling/melted
