I love Jalapenos - but being on low car diet I had to try to make my own without the breading! If you prefer breading, Flaxseed Meal works great!

Ingredients
- 6-8 medium jalapeno peppers (cleaned/sliced lengthwise/removed seeds)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6-8 slices slices of bacon (i prefer pre-cooked bacon)

Step 1Preheat Oven 375 Degrees

Step 2Combined all ingredients.

Step 3Fill Jalapenos with the mixture

Step 4Wrap a slice or half slice of bacon around each

Step 5Bake 18-22 minutes or until cheese is bubbling/melted
