I love Jalapenos - but being on low car diet I had to try to make my own without the breading! If you prefer breading, Flaxseed Meal works great!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 medium jalapeno peppers (cleaned/sliced lengthwise/removed seeds)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6-8 slices slices of bacon (i prefer pre-cooked bacon)

How To Make jalapeno “poppers” (low carb)

  • Step 1
    Preheat Oven 375 Degrees
  • Step 2
    Combined all ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Fill Jalapenos with the mixture
  • Step 4
    Wrap a slice or half slice of bacon around each
  • Step 5
    Bake 18-22 minutes or until cheese is bubbling/melted
