  • 5 medium
    sliced zuccini
  • 1 medium
    whole chopped tomato
  • 1/2 small
    yellow onion sliced
  • 2 pinch
    italian seasoning & garlic salt
  • 1 c
    monterey jack cheese

How to Make Italian zuccini


  1. Slice half the onion, slice all the zuccini, dice all the tomato and shred or cube the cheese.
  2. In a pan add a small amount of oil and sautee the vegetables for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add a half cup of water stir in the seasonings (garlic salt and italian seasoning)and simmer for 3-5 minutes, then add the cheese stir and serve
