How to Make Italian zuccini
- Slice half the onion, slice all the zuccini, dice all the tomato and shred or cube the cheese.
- In a pan add a small amount of oil and sautee the vegetables for 3-5 minutes.
- Add a half cup of water stir in the seasonings (garlic salt and italian seasoning)and simmer for 3-5 minutes, then add the cheese stir and serve
