  • 2 cups fresh or frozen green peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chicken stock
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make italian peas

  • Step 1
    Heat olive oil in skillet.Stir in onion and garlic, cook about 5 min.
  • Step 2
    Add fresh or frozen peas and stir in chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Cover and cook until the peas are tender, about 10 minutes.
