    garlic, minced

    onion, chopped

    chicken stock

How to Make Italian Peas

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet.Stir in onion and garlic, cook about 5 min.
  2. Add fresh or frozen peas and stir in chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook until the peas are tender, about 10 minutes.
