How to Make Italian Peas


  • 1Heat olive oil in skillet.Stir in onion and garlic, cook about 5 min.
  • 2Add fresh or frozen peas and stir in chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3Cover and cook until the peas are tender, about 10 minutes.
