My kids do not like vegetables...BUT! They LOVE my Brussels Sprouts. They beg me for them, actually. This is their favorite side dish, and they could probably eat them as a meal!

Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts
- 1 clove elephant garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - itailian seasoning, dried
- - salt, to taste
How To Make italian brussels sprouts

Step 1Remove brown ends and yellow leaves of Brussels and cut in half, lengthwise. Put Brussels in a bowl of water and microwave for 7 minute, drain.

Step 2While they are draining add oil to pan at medium to medium high heat and allow to heat.

Step 3Add garlic to hot oil and cook until it just begins to brown.

Step 4Add Brussels back to pan and sprinkle with a good amount of Italian seasoning and salt to taste.

Step 5Toss to coat well and cook until Brussels just begin to brown.

Step 6Serve and enjoy while hot
