I WANTED TO MAKE A SPINACH PIE N FOUND BISQUICKS RECIPE FOR IT WITH FETA ..... I DONT DO FETA SOOO I MADE MINE WITH RICOTTA N MONTEREY JACK N I USED EVAPORATED MILK IN THE CRUST....A NICE CHANGE FROM AN ALREADY GOOD RECIPE :)

1 medium
onion, chopped
1/2 c
bisquick
2/3 c
evaporated milk
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
1/2 c
montereyjack cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
black pepper

eggs

How to Make IMPOSSIBLE SPINACH PIE...MY WAY

Step-by-Step

  • 1PREHEAT OVEN 400 DEGREES
    GREASE PIE PLATE
  • 2SAUTE ONIONS IN A LIL OLIVE OIL(1 TBLSPN) UNTIL TRANSPARENT. MIX SPINACH, MONTEREY JACK CHEESE, RICOTTA N SAUTEED ONIONS PUT IN PIE PLATE.
  • 3IN A SMALL BOWL MIX TOGETHER BISQUICK, EGGS, PARMESEAN CHEESE, EVAPORATED MILK N S&P THEN POUR INTO PIE PLATE ONTOP OF SPINACH MIXTURE.
  • 4BAKE 30-35 MINUTES N GOLDEN BROWN,COOL FOR 5 MINUTES THEN ENJOY :)
