Ingredients

  • 6 medium onion chopped
  • 1/4 kilogram hybrid chilli
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon turmeric
  • - salt to taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1/2 cup tamarind puree
  • 2 medium tomato cut in four portions
  • - coriander leaves
  • 1 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 3/4 cup ground nut
  • 2-3 sticks curry leaves
  • - oil to fry

    take a pan add oil,onion fry till it becomes fully caramalized.then make paste of sesame seeds ,coconut,ground nuts, gingergarlic paste,garam masala.before making paste fry all the ind...

    take a pan fry chillies,cumin seeds.. fry it in low flame then add all the dry ing..and the paste
  • Step 3
    then add water,tamarind puree,......tomatoes .fry it in low flame and keep in high flame for 10 mins
