turmeric
salt to taste

garam masala

tamarind puree
2 medium
tomato cut in four portions
coriander leaves
1 c
coconut, shredded
1/2 c
sesame seeds
3/4 c
ground nut
2-3 stick
curry leaves
oil to fry

  • 1take a pan add oil,onion fry till it becomes fully caramalized.then make paste of sesame seeds ,coconut,ground nuts, gingergarlic paste,garam masala.before making paste fry all the ind...
  • 2take a pan fry chillies,cumin seeds.. fry it in low flame then add all the dry ing..and the paste
  • 3then add water,tamarind puree,......tomatoes .fry it in low flame and keep in high flame for 10 mins
