hubcap pasta salad
This is a great salad and very easy to make. It incorporates all my favorite things, peas, carrots, celery cheese, zucchini, sour cream, and dill weed mixed with the pasta.

Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 16 ounces pkg. wagon wheel pasta, cooked for 7 minutes, drained
- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, diced
- 1 cup thawed petite peas
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 cup baby zucchini, thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced
- DRESSING:
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 tablespoon yellow salad mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Blend all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Fold dressing into salad, Store in refrigerator. --- Dressing is excellent for potato salad too!
