hubcap pasta salad

This is a great salad and very easy to make. It incorporates all my favorite things, peas, carrots, celery cheese, zucchini, sour cream, and dill weed mixed with the pasta.

Ingredients

  • SALAD:
  • 16 ounces pkg. wagon wheel pasta, cooked for 7 minutes, drained
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1 cup thawed petite peas
  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 cup baby zucchini, thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced
  • DRESSING:
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon yellow salad mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make hubcap pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Blend all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Fold dressing into salad, Store in refrigerator. --- Dressing is excellent for potato salad too!
