Ingredients

  • 3
    hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 (16oz) pkg
    salad greens
  • 1 medium
    tomato, diced
  • 1/4 c
    diced onion
  • DRESSING

  • 3/4 c
    light mayonnaise or light salad dressing
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar or splenda
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar

How to Make House Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut one egg into wedges for garnish and dice remaining eggs. In a salad bowl, combine the greens, tomato, onion and diced eggs.
  2. In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Garnish with egg wedges. Serve immediately.
