Ingredients
- 3 - hard-cooked eggs
- 1 (16oz) package salad greens
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- DRESSING
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise or light salad dressing
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar or splenda
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

Step 1Cut one egg into wedges for garnish and dice remaining eggs. In a salad bowl, combine the greens, tomato, onion and diced eggs.

Step 2In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Garnish with egg wedges. Serve immediately.
