I LOVE ROASTN VEGGIES SOOOOO I PREPARED THIS LARGE PKG OF BRUSSEL SPROUTS AND ADDED SOME COLOR....THE CARROTS....N EVERYTHING IS BETTER WITH BACON ;) THE HOT HONEY DRIZZLE WAS AN AFTER THOUGHT....N A GOOD ONE AT THAT!

  • 30 medium brussel sprouts, cleand n halvd
  • 2 large carrots, peeld n slicd into 1/4s....u can use more
  • 6 slices bacon, slicd into 1" pieces
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon blk pepper
  • HOT HONEY DRIZZLE
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon siracha

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 450. PLACE BRUSSEL SPROUT HALVES ON BAKN SHEET FACE DOWN ALONG WITH CARROTS ...DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL, SALT N BLK. PEPPER THEN PLACE PIECES OF BACON AROUND VEGGIES ;)

    BAKE FOR 20-25 MINUTES N TURN ONCE DURING COOKN....WHILE THIS IS DOING ITS THANG. MAKE HOT HONEY DRIZZLE...IN A SMALL DISH COMBINE HONEY WITH SIRACHA

    WHEN VEGGIES R READY...WITH A SPOON DRIZZLE ON HOT HONEY. THEN ENJOY :)
