honeyed carrots
I know there are several recipes on here for Honey Carrots but this is my favorite. Lightly sweetened to bring out the sweetness already in carrots.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds frozen or fresh carrots, sliced or baby carrots
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon light margarine
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 tablespoon light brown sugar
How To Make honeyed carrots

Step 1In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat. Add carrots, reduce heat to medium and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain.

Step 2In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. Add honey, brown sugar, and carrots. Reduce heat to med-low and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until carrots are well glazed. Serve.
