HONEY SOUR CREAM COLE SLAW

I thought blending the Mayonnaise with the Sour Cream would also be a great idea.
I made this to go with Irish Sausage Sweet Peppers & onions, Recipe already posted here, since I didn't have lettuce, I thought Slaw would add a crisp & crunchy addition to our dinner.
I shredded this by hand, but sometimes I buy it pre shredded to save time.
This slaw was fresh, crunchy & tasted amazing. Great idea for a slaw recipe in a pinch.
1/2head small cabbage, (shredded finely)
3 largecarrots, peeled & shredded
2 Tbspfresh or dried chive
1 smallgreen onion, chopped finely
1 1/2 cmayonnaise
2/3 csour cream
5-6 Tbsphoney ( use lesser amount & taste before adding remaining)
5 Tbspapple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tspcoare black pepper
2 tsponion powder
1 tspkosher salt (optional) taste before adding
