Ingredients

  • 6 md
    size parsnips
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    honey

How To Make

  • 1
    Cut parsnips into thin slices. Put into a saucepan and add boiling water to cover. Add salt and cook until just tender about 20 minutes. Drain. Melt butter in large frying pan. Add honey and cook, stirring until bubbly. Add parsnips. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes. serve hot. Makes 4-6 servings.
