Ingredients
- 2 - medium sweet potatoes, unpeeled
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon honey
How To Make honey-ginger sweet potato wedges

Step 1Preheat oven to 400

Step 2Cut potatoes in half crosswise. Cut each half lengthwise into 6 wedges and place onto greased cookie sheet lined with foil. Roast 15 minutes.

Step 3Combine butter, ginger, salt & honey in small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted.

Step 4Baste potatoes with ginger-honey sauce and roast 15 minutes more until fork-tender. Salt & pepper to taste and serve warm.
