How to Make Honey-Ginger Sweet Potato Wedges
- Preheat oven to 400
- Cut potatoes in half crosswise. Cut each half lengthwise into 6 wedges and place onto greased cookie sheet lined with foil. Roast 15 minutes.
- Combine butter, ginger, salt & honey in small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted.
- Baste potatoes with ginger-honey sauce and roast 15 minutes more until fork-tender. Salt & pepper to taste and serve warm.
