homemade tangy coleslaw
This recipe is definitely for vinegar lovers. Its not the typical sweet coleslaw. My stepfather got this recipe after he was tired of having really runny coleslaw at restaurants. Its great with steak and I even put it on sandwiches :) The pic I posted, it's missing the carrots because I forgot to pick them up but its very pretty when they're included!

- 1/2 - head of purple cabbage, thinly shredded
- 3 - carrots, shredded
- 1 - red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- - white vinegar to taste

Step 1Combine all ingredients. Be careful with mayo and vinegar as not to overdo it and make it runny. Refridgerate 1 hour and enjoy!
