Ingredients
- 6-8 large eggs
- 2 medium yellow squash
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup milk
How To Make home cooked special squash

Step 1wisk the eggs in a medium bowl, add salt and pepper.

Step 2slice squash and boil till soft. 8-10 min. dont peel the squash!

Step 3dice onion in small pieces, place in a skillet with butter and milk and simmer till soft. drain and let stand.

Step 4after squash has finished, drain water, add onions and eggs. cook on low till eggs are done and stir frequently to dice squash into smaller bites. drain once more and enjoy!!
