This is so great, you can eat it alone as a salad, or use it as a side dish for a healthy chicken dinner. To save on time, I use prepackaged shredded cabbage sometimes.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds.
- 1/8 cup sesame seeds.
- 8 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, or canola oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon splenda, or sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make healthy sunflower slaw

Step 1Toast seeds in dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 mins, or until they "pop." Remove from heat. In lg bowl, combine cabbage, red bell pepper, oil, lemon juice, vinegar, honey and Splenda. Stir to coat well. Season w/ salt and pepper. Sprinkle w/ seeds, stir gently. Cover, refrigerate before serving.
