A great tasting, healthy slaw side dish that goes well w/ any grilled meat or chicken.

  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp
    fat free plain greek yogurt
  • 1 dash(es)
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2
    of a 12 oz pkg of rainbow coleslaw which includes broccoli, carrots and red cabbage
  • 1 large
    granny smith apple, sliced into matchbook sticks

How to Make Healthy rainbow slaw


  1. In lg bowl, whisk togethr mustard, oil, yogurt and hot sauce. Add rainbow slaw and apple. Toss gently to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
