- 1-1/2 teaspoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1-1/2 tablespoon fat free plain greek yogurt
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 - of a 12 oz pkg of rainbow coleslaw which includes broccoli, carrots and red cabbage
- 1 large granny smith apple, sliced into matchbook sticks

Step 1In lg bowl, whisk togethr mustard, oil, yogurt and hot sauce. Add rainbow slaw and apple. Toss gently to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
