I love using Bok0choy for stir-frys, and wanted to try something different. So, I made this slaw w/ bok-choy instead of regular cabbage and I like the taste of it better.

Ingredients For healthy bok-choy slaw

1/4 crice-wine vinegar

1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil

2 tspsugar

2 tspdijon mustard

1/4 tspsalt, or to taste

6 cvery thinly sliced bok-choy cabbage

1-1/2 cshredded carrots

2scallions, thinly sliced
How To Make healthy bok-choy slaw

1In lg bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and salt. Add bok-choy, carrots and scallions. Toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

2This slaw goes great w/ any BBQ dish, but especially an Asian-flair type.
