Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1/2 c
    sugar snap peas
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1
    lg. tomato, cut into chunks
  • 2
    stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 slice
    pineapple, cut up (save juice)
  • 1 c
    lawry's 30-minute hawaiian marinade
  • 1/2
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    basil
  • 1 tsp
    tarragon
  • 1 c
    pineapple juice (use juice from can)

How to Make Hawaiian Sugar Snap Peas

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter and olive oil in medium saucepan.
  2. Add onions and garlic. Sauté.
  3. Add celery and sauté until garlic and onions are browned.
  4. Add tomato, basil and tarragon.
  5. Simmer until tomatoes are tender.
  6. Add pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, marinade and sugar snaps.
  7. Simmer for about 10 mins.
