Another hubby-created recipe. :) This is so yummy served with Ham steaks!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 - lg. tomato, cut into chunks
  • 2 - stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 slices pineapple, cut up (save juice)
  • 1 cup lawry's 30-minute hawaiian marinade
  • 1/2 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (use juice from can)

How To Make hawaiian sugar snap peas

  • Step 1
    Melt butter and olive oil in medium saucepan.
  • Step 2
    Add onions and garlic. Sauté.
  • Step 3
    Add celery and sauté until garlic and onions are browned.
  • Step 4
    Add tomato, basil and tarragon.
  • Step 5
    Simmer until tomatoes are tender.
  • Step 6
    Add pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, marinade and sugar snaps.
  • Step 7
    Simmer for about 10 mins.
