sugar snap peas
2 Tbsp
minced garlic
lg. tomato, cut into chunks
stalks celery, chopped
3 slice
pineapple, cut up (save juice)
1 c
lawry's 30-minute hawaiian marinade
onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp
1 tsp
olive oil
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 c
pineapple juice (use juice from can)

How to Make Hawaiian Sugar Snap Peas


  • 1Melt butter and olive oil in medium saucepan.
  • 2Add onions and garlic. Sauté.
  • 3Add celery and sauté until garlic and onions are browned.
  • 4Add tomato, basil and tarragon.
  • 5Simmer until tomatoes are tender.
  • 6Add pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, marinade and sugar snaps.
  • 7Simmer for about 10 mins.
