Ingredients
- 8 cups cauliflower florets
- 4 teaspoons tsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make gruyere sauced cauliflower florets

Step 1In microwaveable bowl, microwave cauliflower in 1/4 cup water about 4 mins. Drain well. In small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp milk w/ flour until smooth.

Step 2Heat remaining milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, not boiling. Stir in flour mix. Cook, while whisking until sauce thickens.

Step 3Remove pan from heat. Stir in cheese, chives salt and pepper. Place cauliflower in a serving dish and pour sauce over all.
