How to Make Gruyere sauced cauliflower florets
- In microwaveable bowl, microwave cauliflower in 1/4 cup water about 4 mins. Drain well. In small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp milk w/ flour until smooth.
- Heat remaining milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, not boiling. Stir in flour mix. Cook, while whisking until sauce thickens.
- Remove pan from heat. Stir in cheese, chives salt and pepper. Place cauliflower in a serving dish and pour sauce over all.
