Gruyere sauced cauliflower florets
shredded gruyere cheese
fresh chives, chopped
1In microwaveable bowl, microwave cauliflower in 1/4 cup water about 4 mins. Drain well. In small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp milk w/ flour until smooth.
2Heat remaining milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, not boiling. Stir in flour mix. Cook, while whisking until sauce thickens.
3Remove pan from heat. Stir in cheese, chives salt and pepper. Place cauliflower in a serving dish and pour sauce over all.
