Ingredients

  • 1 medium
    yellow summer squash, sliced 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 medium
    zucchini, sliced 3/4 inch thick
  • 8 oz
    button mushrooms, whole
  • 1 large
    sweet onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 lb
    baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 medium
    green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 medium
    red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh basil, minced

How to Make Grilled Vegetable Mixture for BBQ

Step-by-Step

  1. Place vegetables in a grill basket and sprinkle with the vegetable oil mixture.
  2. Grill with the lid closed over medium flames, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender (about 15 minutes).
