Ingredients
- 1 medium yellow summer squash, sliced 3/4 inch thick
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced 3/4 inch thick
- 8 ounces button mushrooms, whole
- 1 large sweet onion, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 pound baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
How To Make grilled vegetable mixture for bbq

Step 1Place vegetables in a grill basket and sprinkle with the vegetable oil mixture.

Step 2Grill with the lid closed over medium flames, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender (about 15 minutes).
