Grilled Summer Veggies
1red onion (sliced in rings)
1green bell pepper (sliced in rings)
1zucchini (sliced in roungs)
1portebello mushroom (sliced in strip)
1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated
1/2 citalian dressing
·salt and pepper to tast
How to Make Grilled Summer Veggies
- In a large bowl add all veggies mix around.
Then pour dress over veggies and add Parm.Cheese.
- Let set for 15min.
Place in one layer on grill grate. (I use heavy foil).
Grill to your desired doneness. I like 15mins.
- Pull off grill do a dash of salt and pepper to tast.
