I love to throw these on the grill alongside my steaks or pork chops. They are really tasty!

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 3/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
How To Make grilled squash and/or zucchini

Step 1Reconstitute the garlic by adding a little water to it or if you are making this ahead of time it can be added straight to the oil. Or if you want to use fresh, mince 2 cloves.

Step 2In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, oregano, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Step 3Cut the squash and/or zucchini lengthwise into quarters. Brush the marinade over all sides of the squash.

Step 4Heat your grill up on medium/medium high heat. Place squash onto grill. Grill, turning to cook all three sides until squash is tender.
