Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1/2
    real helmans mayonaise
  • 1 pkg
    fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    sal
  • 1 Tbsp
    pepper
  • 5
un shucked corn on the cob

How to Make Grilled parmesan corn on the cob

Step-by-Step

  1. Carefully peel back shuck. Remember, you will be re shucking for cooking.
  2. Brush large amount of mayonaise onto corn. Brush evenly all over.
  3. sprinkle and pat parmesan cheese all over corn. Make sure it sticks and is evenly distributed.

    *Use freshly grated parmesan cheese.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. Re shuck carefully. You want to make sure the corn is covered with shuck so it does not burn while cooking. I usually twist and tie the top with a piece of loose shuck.
  5. Grill up to 30 minutes or until corn is tender and ready to eat.
