1Grilling the corn is optional, but you WILL want to grill or roast peppers. Remove husks and wash corn. Cut red and yellow bell in half and remove seeds.
2Grill till slightly charred. Remove corn from cobs. Remove skin from Anaheim pepper and remove seeds. Chop peppers. Finely dice red onion. Cube cheese or crumble. Place all ingredients in large bowl. Add Mrs. dash and olive oil and stir till well blended.
