  • 4 large
    ears of corn
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Grilled Corn in Husks

Step-by-Step

  1. Carefully pull the husk back to within 1" of bottom.
    Remove silk.
  2. Combine the butter and parsley;spread over corn.
    Rewrap corn in husks and secure with string,
  3. Soak in cold water 20 minutes;drain.
  4. Grill corn,covered,over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until tender,turning often.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
