- small cabbage head
- 4 teaspoons butter, melted
- 4 slices bacon
- SPICE MIX:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
How To Make grilled cabbage

Step 1Cut cabbage into 4 wedges.

Step 2Place each wedge on heavy duty (doubled )foil.

Step 3Spread the cut sides of the cabbage wedges with the melted butter.

Step 4Mix spice mix and sprinkle wedges with the mixture.

Step 5Wrap a bacon strip around each wedge.

Step 6Close foil tightly and grill, covered on medium heat 40 minutes, turning twice, or until cabbage is tender.
