How to Make Grilled Brussel Sprouts
- 1Par boil fresh brussel sprouts in water till half cooked, removed from water and place in dish. Brush with olive oil and place on small hot grill turning as they brown.
- 2Place bacon on grill and cook until crispy, remove and dice into small pieces.
- 3Add balsamic vinegar, sugar and pinch of salt to small saucepan. Heat on med/low heat until boils, reduce heat, stirring so sugar does not burn. When reduced in half remove from heat. Place brussel sprouts in serving dish, sprinkle with bacon, goat cheese and balsamic reduction. Season and enjoy!!!
