Beets are so delicious especially from your garden. But, if you don't have a garden, just make sure you buy them lg and fresh. These make a great side dish!!

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon italian herbs
3 large fresh beets, sliced into rounds.

How To Make grilled beets in vinegar

Step 1

In bowl, mix vinegar, rosemary, garlic and italian seasonings. Place beets in bowl, mix well. Marinate 30 min Heat grill for med-high. Place beets and marinade on lg piece of foil. Wrap entire pkg, seal. Place foil on grill. Grill 25 min, or until they are tender.
