Ingredients

1 pkg
frozen green peas (14-16 ounces)
1/4 c
olive oil
1 clove
garlic, peeled
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
3 oz
feta cheese
1/3 bunch
fresh cilantro
1/2 Tbsp
sea salt
1/2 Tbsp
fresh ground black pepper

How to Make GREEN PEA HUMMUS (SALLYE)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Thaw peas before using
    Peel garlic clove
    Reserve 1/4 cup feta cheese for garnish
    Remove stems from cilantro
  • 2Place all ingredients in food processor except reserved feta

    Process until mixture is smooth textured.
  • 3Turn out into serving dish

    Crumble reserved feta cheese over top for garnish

    A sprig of cilantro can also be used as garnish
  • 4Serve with homemade pita chips (recipe link below)

    Any leftover can be stored in fridge for several days.
