Ingredients
- 1 package frozen green peas (14-16 ounces)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 ounces feta cheese
- 1/3 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper

Step 1Thaw peas before using Peel garlic clove Reserve 1/4 cup feta cheese for garnish Remove stems from cilantro

Step 2Place all ingredients in food processor except reserved feta Process until mixture is smooth textured.

Step 3Turn out into serving dish Crumble reserved feta cheese over top for garnish A sprig of cilantro can also be used as garnish

Step 4Serve with homemade pita chips (recipe link below) Any leftover can be stored in fridge for several days.
