Easy to make and only 10 inexpensive ingredents. Taste like it took hours to make but in reality, it takes only a few minutes. I make this to take to potluck suppers,Bunko dinners with our friends & game night at our church. I have made this dish in place of Greenbean Casserole at Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Everyone asks me to make this,my family loves it I hope you do too!

How to Make Green beans, Walnut & Feta cheese Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash beans, trim ends and cut into 2 inch sections. Steam until just tender (al dente).
  2. Combine oil, mint, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic into a blender and process until smooth.
  3. Put the green beans into a shallow serving dish, sprinkle with nuts, onion and feta cheese. Toss with dressing just before serving. This is hood chilled or room temp. I usually add sliced red and yellow bell peppers. I have also used bacon pieces and halved baby tomatoes and yellow wax beans to add extra color and taste. The variations are remarkable!
