- 12 ounces pkg. thawed cut green beans
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup pear liquid
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 medium canned pear halves, diced
- 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked crisp and diced

Step 1Sauté onion and parsley in butter. Stir in flour and pear liquid(liquid the pears were in ). Cook until thick. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients (except beans)and add to the onion mixture. Pour this mixture over the hot drained beans and sprinkle bacon pieces over and serve.
