Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- 2 tablespoons light italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped.
- - salt & pepper to taste

Step 1In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook green beans 2 mins, or until crisp-tender, drain well.

Step 2Spray a skillet w/ cooking spray, place over medium heat. Cook peppers and shallots in italian dressing 2 mins, or until peppers are tender, stirring constantly.

Step 3Stir in green beans and oregano. Cook 1 min or until heated through. Season w/ salt and pepper.
