Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 12 ounces small pasta, (your favorite)
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup feta, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, (or your favorite)
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make greek pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain (no rinsing) and bring to room temp.
  • Step 2
    In large bowl, place pasta, cuke, tomatoes, feta, olives, onion, and oregano. Salt and pepper to taste and add olive oil and toss to coat. Add red wine vinegar and your ready to serve.
