- 1/2 package frozen green beans
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil or bacon grease
- 1 - very large clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 large tomato, chopped
- 1 teaspoon greek seasoning blend
- - salt, pepper, garlic seasoning
How To Make greek green beans by susan

Step 1Place green beans, water, olive oil, and garlic in a heavy-bottomed pan. Bring to a boil; reduce to simmer and cook covered 20 minutes.

Step 2Uncover and add the tomatoes and seasonings. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if necessary. Continue to cook another 5-10 minutes until tomatoes are cooked and beans are done.
